A product that is not commonly available on local markets

In transport and forwarding insurance, we can offer a product that is typically unavailable on local markets. It includes gross negligence and employee intent, stock discrepancy insurance, and simple loss. If you resell transport capacity, damages caused by all carriers in the chain are covered.

Beyond a strong product, a key cooperation benefit is direct claims handling with us. We do not just forward cases elsewhere. If a claim is considered indemnifiable at the first assessment, you can rely on that outcome.

For CMR insurance, we are authorized to process claims ourselves, including expert reports, police protocols, and claim payouts.

Carrier/forwarder liability premiums are turnover-based, so there is no need to track which vehicle is included. All vehicles are covered, including hired vehicles from third-party carriers.

Offer structure:

Road carrier liability with an insured sum of EUR 400,000 per insured event.
Liability add-on for all subcontracted carriers with an insured sum of EUR 400,000 per claim for domestic and international transport.
Delivery delay coverage up to 1x freight, max. EUR 15,000 per claim.
Rescue and removal costs up to EUR 50,000 per claim.
Loading and unloading coverage.
Coverage for costs caused by shipment to the wrong address.
Storage as part of transport up to EUR 250,000 per insured event including stock discrepancy add-on; all goods handling, packaging, and labeling are included.
Consequential financial losses up to EUR 50,000.
Deductible EUR 0.
Gross negligence coverage (30% deductible).
Territorial scope: road carrier - geographical Europe, forwarder - worldwide, storage - Czech Republic, cabotage transport in Germany with limit EUR 600,000.
